Backstory:
No oven, can’t order in and craving for some pizza – the third reason is pretty much what led us to making this. It’s one of the easiest recipes I’ve tried so far and doesn’t have the hassle of making your own dough on days you just want to EAT.

You need:
- 1 capsicum
- 1 onion
- 1 tomato
- 4 tbsp tomato sauce
- 2 tbsp schezwan sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheese/1 cheese slice
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 slices bread
How to:
- Chop capsicum, tomato and onion into tiny pieces and mix in a bowl with salt & pepper
- In another bowl mix tomato & schezwan sauce
- Take a slice of bread, top with sauce mix, veggies and top with grated cheese (in that order)
- Heat a pan with 1/2 tbsp butter and let it melt (make sure it’s on low flame!)
- Add bread with topping and cover with a lid until the cheese melts
- Top with chilli flakes & oregano powder and enjoy!

Tips:
- The smaller you chop your veggies, the more flavourful it becomes because it cooks better
- Use brown bread instead of white bread, it’s firmer and less likely to crumble
- Make sure your stove is on the lowest flame possible otherwise your bread will get burnt
- You can also add cooked sausages/bacon/whatever meat you want but the veg one in itself is quite tasty
